Andrew Laudano Named Executive Vice President at RKD Group

After two decades of shaping fundraising strategies at RKD Group, Andrew Laudano has been promoted to Executive Vice President. The Plano-based firm, which specializes in supporting mission-driven organizations across North America, announced the appointment as part of a broader push to deepen its leadership bench and client-facing expertise.

Laudano brings nearly 40 years of industry experience to the role, having spent the last 20 years within the RKD organization. He currently directs the firm’s partnership with 14 divisions of The Salvation Army, alongside his work with the BrightFocus Foundation. In his new capacity, he will maintain his focus on strategic direction for key clients while managing the teams of specialists responsible for executing complex fundraising programs.

CEO Kevin Jones noted that Laudano’s tenure has been defined by his ability to cultivate long-term trust with both colleagues and the nonprofit organizations the agency serves. The promotion underscores RKD’s objective to retain veteran leadership capable of navigating the shifting landscape of philanthropy. Reflecting on the transition, Laudano expressed his intent to continue leveraging mission-focused fundraising to drive results for the firm’s diverse portfolio of partners, which includes groups such as Susan G. Komen and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
