Mathnasium Relocates to Downtown Concord Ahead of September Grand Opening

A Nintendo Switch 2 raffle and Kona Ice will anchor the September 12 grand opening of Mathnasium’s new Concord center, located at 197 Sudbury Road. The franchise, which recently moved its operations from Acton, is now accepting K-12 students for personalized math instruction in a larger, tech-enhanced facility.

The new site, positioned near Route 2, serves as the updated home for the Mathnasium of Acton Concord. Center Director Brooke Powell noted that the relocation aims to provide better accessibility for families across Concord, Acton, and Carlisle, while allowing for increased investment in staffing and student support tools. The center uses the proprietary Mathnasium Method, which begins with a diagnostic assessment to pinpoint specific knowledge gaps before tailoring a curriculum to the individual student’s pace.

From noon to 2 p.m. on September 12, the public is invited to tour the facility, meet the instructional team, and participate in math-themed activities. Beyond the raffle, the event will offer refreshments and direct access to instructors, who will be available to discuss how their individualized learning plans help students navigate both basic coursework and advanced academic goals. The center is currently operational and enrolling new students for the upcoming school year.
