Will Little Named COO at LPL Solar

Since joining the company in 2021, Will Little has guided the construction of 73 utility-scale solar plants, representing over 9 GW of total capacity. His transition from Senior Vice President marks the next phase for the engineering, procurement, and construction firm, which has prioritized its self-perform capabilities in civil, mechanical, and electrical sectors. Before his tenure at LPL, he scaled an electrical division from a two-person operation to a staff of 500 at a national solar firm.

His technical background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, complemented by contractor licenses across 16 states. As COO, he will continue overseeing the firm's focus on safety and project execution for independent power producers and utility developers. Mike Little remains at the helm as CEO, emphasizing that the promotion formalizes a leadership trajectory that has been central to the company’s growth since its inception.
