Tschannen shared the news via LinkedIn, reflecting on her tenure since the company—formerly known as LeShop—began its shift toward an omnichannel model. During her leadership, the retailer navigated the surge in demand during the Covid-19 pandemic, rebranded its identity, launched a popular mobile shopping application, and implemented new automated warehouse systems.
She stated that the company is currently well-positioned for its next growth phase, making it the appropriate time for a leadership change. While she remains focused on ensuring a smooth handover for the team, Migros Online has not yet disclosed information regarding a successor.
