The Atacama Group (TAG) utilized the five-day summit to showcase its ongoing bulk fuel storage developments, specifically highlighting its terminal projects at Damerjog in Djibouti and Walvis Bay in Namibia. By positioning these coastal hubs as gateways for landlocked markets, the company aims to bridge the gap between regional demand and global supply chains. Company representatives, including co-founding partner Ali Khatau, used the exhibition hall to demonstrate how their U.S.-specification infrastructure integrates with corridor distribution networks to support inland consumption.

Founder and Executive Chairman Scott Lewis emphasized the company's role in stabilizing fuel flows for critical sectors, including aviation and mining. The strategy focuses on supplying Ethiopia and Ethiopian Airlines through the Damerjog facility, while the Walvis Bay port serves the industrial requirements of Botswana, Zambia, and the Southern Democratic Republic of Congo. By engaging directly with U.S. Africa Command and various national defense delegations, TAG is working to align its private infrastructure investment with the broader goals of regional logistics security.
