Quarterra Opens Emblem Orange Blossom to Address Naples Housing Gap

Thirty-eighty-four apartment homes have officially hit the market in Naples, Florida, as Quarterra and Kayne Anderson Real Estate open the doors to Emblem Orange Blossom. The garden-style community targets the region’s growing workforce population, offering upscale amenities and proximity to major employers in a market plagued by supply shortages.

The project at 1905 Champs Drive features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 754 to 1,404 square feet. By utilizing a standardized development program, Quarterra aims to bypass typical construction delays, bringing high-end interior finishes—such as quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances—to a demographic often squeezed out by rising local housing costs. Michael Pelczar, the firm's Senior Director of Development for Florida, noted that the design serves professionals who struggle to find attainable, quality rental options in the current economic climate.

Beyond the individual units, the property emphasizes connectivity and convenience. Residents are positioned near Immokalee Road, a key transit artery providing access to downtown Naples and major regional employers like Arthrex and NCH Healthcare System. The site includes a full suite of lifestyle amenities, including a landscaped pool deck, private co-working spaces for remote workers, and a managed Wi-Fi network. With the project now operational, it stands as a strategic move to solidify Quarterra’s Emblem portfolio, which focuses on delivering efficient, high-growth housing solutions across the United States.
