The expansion signals a significant push into high-growth corridors, with entrepreneur David Martin set to open new locations in Johns Creek, Cumming, and Buford. Simultaneously, franchisees Robert and Kelly Smith are initiating construction on a Smyrna storefront. These additions will bolster the brand's existing footprint in Sandy Springs, East Cobb, and Milton.
CEO Jim Tindal noted that the region’s economic climate remains a primary driver for the company’s growth strategy. According to the International Franchise Association's 2026 outlook, Georgia currently ranks as the third-best state for franchise development, bolstered by steady population increases and business-friendly policies. Joseph Giordano, VP of Corporate and Franchise Development, highlighted that the brand’s model—which centers on Certified Angus Beef and chef-prepared meals—continues to resonate with local operators looking for high customer loyalty.
Since its founding in 1999, the company has grown to 42 locations across 10 states. To support this trajectory, the brand offers two distinct build-out options: a traditional market prototype requiring an investment between $478,000 and $613,000, and a larger wine bar concept that can reach up to $832,000 in startup costs. This dual-format strategy allows the company to scale across diverse suburban markets while maintaining its neighborhood-butcher identity.
