CEO Robin Li emphasized that the company’s AI-powered business now serves as its operational core. During the quarter, AI Cloud infrastructure sustained strong momentum with revenue reaching RMB 7.3 billion, a 50% year-over-year increase. Notably, GPU cloud services saw a surge, growing 283% compared to the same period last year. This expansion coincides with the scaling of Apollo Go, which has now reached 28 cities globally and surpassed 350 million autonomous kilometers.
Financial performance reflects this period of transition, with total quarterly revenue landing at RMB 31.3 billion. Operating cash flow remained positive for the fourth consecutive quarter at RMB 3.4 billion, despite a 4% year-over-year decline in total revenue. As part of its push for greater integration, Baidu is currently moving toward a dual-primary listing in Hong Kong, a process expected to conclude by the end of 2026. CFO Haijian He noted that the company remains committed to prioritizing AI-driven investments to stabilize its long-term financial trajectory.
