The project centers on Fractal’s 'AI Foundations' pillar, an initiative designed to move enterprises beyond experimental pilots toward systemic deployment. By integrating Agentic Ops, Fractal intends to reduce the client’s technical debt while streamlining data management through 24/7 operations. This consolidation effort is expected to lower the total cost of ownership and create a more resilient architecture for clinical and administrative workflows.
Matt Gennone, Chief Commercial Officer at Fractal and CEO of Cogentiq, noted that the healthcare sector is shifting toward a model where AI informs every stage of the patient care journey. The partnership builds upon an existing relationship between the two companies, serving as an expansion of Fractal’s broader effort to embed AI into decision-making processes for Fortune 500 enterprises. Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-founder and Group CEO of Fractal, emphasized that the commitment reflects a growing market trend where large organizations prioritize long-term investment in data governance and operational foundations to ensure responsible AI adoption.
