The implementation of Yardi’s platform allows Al Meera to consolidate its portfolio data into a single interface. By integrating automated procurement workflows and advanced forecasting tools, the company intends to refine its cost control measures and improve strategic decision-making across its nationwide branches. Beyond back-office efficiency, the software introduces a dedicated tenant portal and mobile app to handle maintenance requests and payments.
Ahmad Bana, Executive Director of Assets & Property Management at Al Meera, noted that the move is designed to create a more connected and transparent operation. The partnership serves as a core component of the retailer’s long-term digital strategy to support sustainable growth. Said Haider, senior director at Yardi, emphasized that the solution provides the flexibility required for Al Meera to maintain its role in Qatar’s retail landscape while building operational resilience.
