Raj Talluri Named CEO of Kulicke and Soffa

Talluri arrives at the Singapore-based company following his tenure as President and CEO of the battery technology firm Enovix Corporation. His background includes senior executive roles at Micron Technology, Qualcomm, and Texas Instruments, alongside an academic foundation in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He succeeds Lester A. Wong, who served as interim CEO and will now refocus entirely on his duties as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Peter T. Kong, Chairman of the Board, credited Wong for maintaining organizational momentum during the transition period. For his part, Talluri signaled an intent to leverage the company's existing interconnect solutions portfolio to capture emerging market opportunities. The leadership change comes as Kulicke and Soffa continues to navigate evolving demand across the automotive, industrial, and communications sectors.
