Modern Family Law Expands Georgia Footprint to Savannah and Alpharetta

Modern Family Law is scaling its presence in Georgia, launching two new offices in Savannah and Alpharetta. The expansion builds on the firm’s existing Atlanta hub, aiming to deploy its technology-integrated legal model to a wider range of families navigating divorce, custody disputes, and child support challenges across the state.

The firm’s growth strategy centers on blending traditional legal counsel with digital efficiency. By opening these locations, Modern Family Law provides residents in North Georgia and the coastal region with access to a 24/7 client portal, flexible virtual consultation options, and the company's proprietary SimpleStart payment program designed to lower initial retainer barriers. Craig Valentine, Chief Practice Officer, stated that the move is intended to strengthen local teams while maintaining a client experience that prioritizes transparency during high-stakes litigation.

Local leadership is positioning these offices to address specific regional needs. In Alpharetta, Managing Attorney Marques Carter is focusing on conflict reduction, while in Savannah, Managing Attorney Ada Zeno emphasized that the firm’s mission, 'Help You Start Over,' is designed to support the long-term stability of families even after legal proceedings conclude. These new offices join the existing Atlanta practice, managed by Cynthia Griffin, to form a cohesive network of resources that includes free online calculators for property division and alimony estimates, alongside state-specific educational guides for Georgia residents.
