The platform functions through an architecture of eight specialized AI agents that handle everything from room service coordination and payments to reservation management and housekeeping. By integrating directly with the company’s existing Property Management System, the software moves beyond simple chat-based responses to actively execute tasks using live data on room availability and occupancy.
Aeijaz Sodawala, CEO of Yanolja Cloud Solution, noted that the industry is shifting toward intelligent systems that go beyond basic automation. For a standard 25-room hotel, the company estimates that staff members typically dedicate eight hours daily to routine inquiries and check-in logistics. This new tool allows guests to manage their stays via WhatsApp or a web portal while ensuring that complex requests are passed to human personnel without service gaps.
