Located at 735 N. Milliken Ave B, the center aims to blend high-intensity training with recovery amenities. The layout features Olympic lifting platforms, functional HIITZone areas with indoor turf, and specialized studios for hot yoga and group sessions. Beyond standard exercise equipment, the facility includes a Relax & Recover suite equipped with red light therapy and HydroMassage beds, alongside traditional perks like saunas and supervised childcare.

Fitness Ventures, which currently operates 122 locations across 30 states, expects to surpass 130 sites by the end of the year. CEO Brian Hibbard noted that the facility is designed for a broad demographic, with memberships starting at $9.99 per month to accommodate diverse budget requirements. The company has already opened registration for founding members, offering incentives for the first 500 sign-ups. Beyond the gym floor, the expansion brings local job opportunities as the company seeks staff to manage the site’s wellness and recovery programs.
