Tech North Atlanta Recruits Ten Executives to Board

Ten senior industry leaders have joined the board of directors at Tech North Atlanta, marking a strategic effort to scale the organization’s influence across the northern metro region. The appointments arrive as the nonprofit seeks to deepen its reach following a recent rebrand and the rollout of expanded programming.

The new directors represent a cross-section of regional business and technology expertise. Among the appointees are Reid Blalock of Frazier & Deeter, Relevantz’s Francis Borgians, and Nancy D'Amico from the Woodruff Arts Center. The roster also includes Jason James of Aptos Retail, Stephane Leblois from the Metro Atlanta Chamber, and Ryan Loy of Global Payments. Rounding out the additions are Steven McWilliams of the Georgia Hospital Association, Kimberly-Clark’s Teresa Miquelarena, Bill Price of Business Development as a Service, and Advantage Technical’s Chip Wesley.

Karen Cashion, President and CEO of Tech North Atlanta, described the expansion as a vital step in the organization’s evolution. These executives will guide efforts to foster connections among companies of varying sizes and support the region’s growing tech infrastructure. Since its 2012 inception, the organization has evolved from a local commission into an independent 501(c)(6) nonprofit, currently focusing on AI initiatives, startup incubation, and executive-level networking events to solidify North Atlanta’s standing as a hub for innovation.
