Keelan Leyser Brings AI-Powered Magic to the Las Vegas Strip

Magician and social media influencer Keelan Leyser has officially debuted his futuristic stage show, HACKED, at Mandalay Bay. The production marks a milestone for the UK-born performer, blending traditional sleight-of-hand and mentalism with modern robotics, artificial intelligence, and a distinct 1980s aesthetic.

The journey to the Las Vegas stage began when Leyser was just four years old, inspired by Lance Burton’s television appearances. Years later, that childhood fascination evolved into a professional mission. After moving from the UK to Nevada with the help of recommendation letters from industry legends like Burton and Teller, Leyser spent years refining his vision. He sought to create a show that felt relevant to the current technological landscape while maintaining the intimacy of a classic performance space.

Staged at Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce, the show features Lila, a humanoid AI character designed to interact with and roast the audience. Leyser intentionally uses the venue's tight layout to force engagement, integrating deep fakes and robotic elements into the act. Despite the high-tech focus, the performance concludes by emphasizing human qualities that technology cannot replicate, such as empathy and the capacity to dream. Prior to securing his residency, Leyser built a secondary career as the Vegas Navigator, a popular social media presence that allowed him to cultivate a local audience and master the self-marketing required to launch an independent show in a competitive market.
