This setup allows staff to pair design levels with authorship validation thresholds, effectively shifting the burden of proof from administrative surveillance to student-led verification.

Co-developers Dr. Mike Perkins and Dr. Jasper Roe designed the scale to provide a transparent language for AI usage. In practice, the integration requires students to complete structured checks that validate their own authorship before submission. According to Studiosity CEO Mike Larsen, this approach preserves the trust essential to learning while providing institutions with an auditable trail of graduate thinking.
