The partnership spans several major international brands, including Superdrug and Savers in the UK, Kruidvat in the Netherlands, Drogas in Latvia, and Watsons branches in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Gerrit-Jan Steenbergen, Group Retail Technology Director at AS Watson, described the move as a milestone for the company’s global operations. He noted that the transition to the Voyix platform is designed to streamline O+O (offline plus online) growth, providing a scalable architecture to support future innovation across diverse markets.
Darren Wilson, President of Retail and Payments at NCR Voyix, stated that the deal reinforces the growing demand for integrated commerce solutions. By consolidating complex operational data into one platform, the retailer intends to create more consistent customer touchpoints regardless of the geography or specific brand. The collaboration represents a significant shift for the retailer as it moves away from fragmented systems toward a more modern, cloud-centric approach to managing its global footprint.
