By operating within the messaging apps already familiar to small business owners, the platform aims to reduce administrative burdens without requiring complex software training.
Johannes Bruder, Chief Product Officer at Delivery Hero, noted that the tool is a core element of the company’s broader agentic AI strategy. Unlike passive advisory systems, this assistant is designed to execute tasks upon user confirmation. Early adopters, such as Othman, owner of Bahraini Kabab in Dubai, report that the system effectively highlights missed opportunities while ensuring the owner retains complete control over business decisions.
The rollout currently covers more than 40,000 restaurants across Delivery Hero’s international markets. This deployment represents a significant initial phase of the company's plan to integrate the assistant across its global ecosystem of approximately 1.5 million partners.
