The facility is designed to bolster InnovAsian’s supply chain resiliency while meeting rising demand across retail and foodservice channels. By centralizing production in Arkansas, the company aims to scale its high-quality prepared food offerings. For Gray, the assignment follows a multi-year collaborative process to align the construction schedule and operational goals with the client’s long-term growth strategy.
"This groundbreaking marks a significant milestone for InnovAsian and Nichirei as we invest in the future of Jonesboro," said Joe Kent, President and CEO of InnovAsian. The company expects the plant to create a substantial number of local jobs once operational. With over 100 personnel expected on-site during peak construction, the project is currently slated for completion in the spring of 2028.
