Radnostix Posts Quarterly Loss as Recall Costs Weigh on Revenue

Radnostix, Inc. reported a significant revenue drop for the second quarter of 2026, as the company grappled with the lingering financial fallout from two voluntary product recalls. Total revenue fell to $2.67 million, a 27% decline compared to the same period last year, resulting in a net loss of $881,997.

The Idaho Falls-based manufacturer, formerly known as International Isotopes Inc., faced a challenging first half of the year as it worked to resolve FDA-related compliance issues. The company’s Theranostics segment was hit particularly hard, losing approximately $625,000 in capsule-related revenue during the second quarter alone. Despite these headwinds, CEO Shahe Bagerdjian signaled a turning point, noting that capsule inventory was fully restored by the end of June and customer orders began to normalize in July.

Operational adjustments appear to be yielding some relief. The rehabilitation of Cobalt-60 hot-cells has successfully eliminated previous radiological waste expenses, helping that segment return to profitability. Furthermore, the company finalized the acquisition of Lucerno Dynamics assets, including the Lara System technology platform, to bolster its medical device portfolio. With corrective actions for the 2025 FDA Form 483 now submitted, management is shifting its focus toward stabilizing core revenues and achieving cash-flow positivity by the end of the fiscal year.
