The company’s latest financial results reflect a significant scaling of its core electronic monitoring business. Despite headwinds from a 17% increase in the ILS/USD exchange rate, SuperCom achieved a non-GAAP net income of $2.9 million, marking a 32% growth over the second quarter of 2025. President and CEO Ordan Trabelsi attributed these gains to increased operating leverage and the successful expansion of existing government programs across international and domestic markets.
SuperCom has aggressively broadened its footprint, securing more than 45 new electronic monitoring contracts in the U.S. since mid-2024 and entering 19 new states. International growth remains a primary driver, highlighted by the recent acquisition of two major national projects in the Nordic region, including a $75 million contract with Sweden’s Prison and Probation Service and a $6.1 million project in Norway. These wins, coupled with new contracts in Ohio, New York, and Kansas, underscore the company’s ongoing strategy to displace long-standing incumbent providers in competitive government sectors.
