Crescent Hotels & Resorts Elevates Internal Talent to Senior Roles

Shameka Urquhart takes on the role of Senior Vice President of Revenue Integrations & New Builds. With over 24 years in the industry, Urquhart previously managed more than $200 million in annual revenue as Vice President of Revenue Strategy for the West Coast. She will now spearhead the onboarding of new hotel assets while maintaining oversight of the company's West Coast revenue operations. Her track record includes receiving company honors such as The Georgie Award for her performance in market share growth.

Adam Nemirow advances to Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy after seven years with the firm. Nemirow, who brings 25 years of hospitality experience to the table, will oversee pricing, distribution, and digital demand across the portfolio. Having repositioned properties in over 65 U.S. markets, he is tasked with optimizing performance and ensuring that Crescent’s hotels continue to outperform their competitive sets. According to company President Dawn Gallagher, these promotions reflect a core philosophy of investing in staff to drive consistent results for owners and REIT clients.
