Weinstein arrives at KBS with deep expertise in corporate development, most recently serving as Global Head of Business Services Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Her tenure there involved steering clients through complex M&A landscapes across commercial real estate and human capital sectors. She currently holds a seat on the board of the Italian logistics platform Fortidia, adding a global dimension to her new role at the North American facility services giant.
CEO James Hyman described the appointment as a pivotal move for the company, noting that Weinstein’s background aligns with the firm’s long-term strategy to accelerate performance. Lauren Krueger, a managing director at KKR’s credit arm, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that Weinstein’s history of advising service companies through critical growth phases makes her an ideal guide for the organization. For her part, Weinstein intends to leverage her advisory experience to foster innovation and solidify the company’s leadership in the facility maintenance market.
