The certification process, based on an independent assessment by SAP, confirms that NTT DATA’s service practices meet rigorous global standards. Beyond traditional application management, the scope now encompasses SAP Security and SAP Business AI. This expansion allows the company to integrate AI-driven innovations into client environments while maintaining established governance and operational stability.

Lars Janitz, head of Global Business & Managed Services, noted that the certification validates the firm’s ability to scale complex SAP environments across the EU, North America, and Africa. The company currently holds credentials across a wide range of operational domains, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors HCM, and SAP BTP, positioning NTT DATA as a primary partner for organizations deploying RISE with SAP.
