Furthermore, the contact-to-order ratio has dropped to 0.18, signaling a significant reduction in the volume of follow-up inquiries required per transaction.
Beyond efficiency, the retailer reports tangible improvements in customer sentiment. During the migration phase, the business recorded a six-point rise in its Net Promoter Score (NPS), with specific segments seeing complaints halved over an 18-month period. Chris Stroud, Director of the Customer Management Centre at Currys, noted that the platform provides a foundation to personalize services and simplify the shopping experience. Leveraging NiCE Workforce Management, the retailer is also optimizing staffing levels to better align with seasonal demand patterns, allowing for the deployment of new engagement channels in a matter of weeks.
