The 2026 edition broadens its scope to reflect the rapidly shifting retail landscape, adding specific categories for hospitality and leisure technology alongside specialized tracks for retail media and RFID implementations. Organizers are looking for projects that have moved past initial proof-of-concept stages to deliver measurable results in operational efficiency or customer experience.
Entries are free and open to companies worldwide, with the submission deadline set for October 2. An independent judging panel—featuring experts from organizations such as Walmart, Amazon, JD Sports, and Warner Bros. Discovery—will evaluate submissions following the announcement of the shortlists on October 6. The awards are supported by 3D Cloud, Business France, and the Retail Technology Show 2027.
