This growth is evidenced by a recent internal study on the efficacy of short-term counseling in improving workforce well-being.

To qualify for the list, AllOne Health met rigorous criteria, including demonstrated revenue growth between 2022 and 2025 and independent, U.S.-based ownership. The 2026 cohort collectively added more than 627,200 jobs to the domestic economy, a metric that Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman attributes to the resilience and customer-centric strategies of the honorees.
