His career path includes senior roles at PowerSchool, NAVEX Global, and FLIR Systems, alongside early experience at Deloitte and Lehman Brothers. He holds an accounting degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from UCLA.
Resideo CEO Tom Surran expects the new hire to prioritize margin expansion and cash flow generation. Harrison noted that the company’s established brand portfolio, which includes Honeywell Home and First Alert, provides a stable base for his financial strategy. Resideo’s technology currently operates in over 150 million spaces globally, marking a significant scale for the incoming executive to manage.
