Stephanie Conners, president and CEO of BayCare, credited the organization's staff for the achievement. She noted that the daily efforts of team members in patient care and mutual support remain the primary drivers of the health system's mission. The Florida-based network currently operates 16 hospitals and serves as the region’s largest provider of pediatric and behavioral health services.
