Rather than merely flagging a high-risk score, the system automatically generates specific guidance the moment an issue is detected. When a worker performs a movement involving improper reaching, torso twisting, or working outside the 'power zone,' the software provides a video preview of the trigger alongside a corrective illustration. This allows assessors to review the findings and coach employees on the spot using a tablet or phone, eliminating the need for separate reporting software or post-task analysis.
Diwakar Ganesan, Co-founder and CTO of TuMeke, noted that the platform bridges the divide between identifying a hazard and executing a solution. By keeping the coaching tools within the same mobile workflow used for assessments, the company aims to make ergonomic intervention as immediate as the work itself. This release complements TuMeke’s existing AI recommendations, which focus on long-term workstation and process redesign, providing a dual approach to reducing musculoskeletal injury risk across industries ranging from manufacturing to logistics.
