The Coco Palms Restaurant & Bar now features open-air dining, a new infinity pool, and expanded lounge areas, all designed to highlight panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Culinary offerings continue to focus on local Belizean flavors, blending American, Maya, Mestizo, and Garifuna traditions into daily three-course menus.

On the southeast side of the 16-acre island, the Serenity Bar & Pool provides a more secluded environment. By relocating the resort's original swimming pool and constructing a new thatch-roofed bar, management has created a second gathering point that honors the property's architectural heritage. According to Marketing Manager Taryn Gongora, the dual-zone approach offers travelers the flexibility to choose between social interaction and private downtime without compromising the resort's established hospitality standards.
