In his new capacity, Maertens will report directly to President Evan Stieglitz. He takes responsibility for the company’s full suite of financial operations, including corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow management. His appointment comes as the firm looks to scale its operations across its diverse client base, which spans the aerospace, military, electronics, and medical sectors.
Maertens brings a background in building robust financial infrastructures, having previously focused on site-level profitability and capital allocation. He holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. Century Fasteners, founded in 1955, maintains an inventory of over 100,000 discrete parts and serves as an authorized distributor for partners like Cherry Aerospace.
