Crum & Forster Elevates Troy DeLuca to Lead Western Surety Operations

DeLuca joined the firm in 2023, bringing a background that includes leadership roles at Intact Insurance and The Guarantee Company of North America. In his new capacity, he reports to Senior Vice President of Surety Brock Masterson, focusing on disciplined underwriting and the development of high-performing teams. His mandate involves balancing business production with retention and rate management across the western territory.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, DeLuca maintains a significant footprint in industry organizations. A former president of the Utah Surety Association, he is also involved with the National Association of Surety Bond Producers and the Associated General Contractors. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Finance degree from the University of Utah, credentials the company expects will support its continued market presence following a year where C&F recorded $6.2 billion in gross written premium.
