Valor Secures Fourth Consecutive Spot on Inc. 5000

For the fourth year running, Fort Worth-based Valor has earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing independent companies in the United States. This sustained growth highlights the firm’s expansion in oil and gas asset management and its specialized back-office service solutions.

The recognition places the Texas firm alongside a diverse cohort of businesses honored for their impact on the national economy. According to Inc. data, companies featured on this year’s roster achieved a median three-year revenue growth rate of 130%, collectively generating more than 627,000 jobs during that period. For Valor, the milestone represents consistent operational performance rather than a one-time surge.

CEO and co-founder Joseph DeWoody attributed the streak to the team’s stability and the continued confidence of their client base. The company manages a portfolio centered on mineral rights, oil and gas accounting, and regulatory compliance. Central to their service model is mineral.tech, a proprietary software platform that combines data analytics with land management reporting. As the energy sector evolves, Valor continues to focus on providing outsourced back-office support for both operators and private asset investors.
