Capacity Cracks Inc. 5000 Top 500 After Reaching $100M ARR Milestone

St. Louis-based automation platform Capacity has secured the No. 432 spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the fastest-growing private U.S. companies. The placement follows a period of rapid expansion for the firm, which recorded an 813% three-year revenue growth rate and recently surpassed $100 million in ARR.

The company reached its nine-figure revenue milestone in just 3.5 years, a trajectory that CEO David Karandish attributes to aggressive product innovation and strategic point-solution acquisitions. Capacity now serves over 20,000 organizations, a client base that includes 20% of the Fortune 50. The platform’s recent growth is underpinned by the launch of its AI Analytics Assistant, designed to convert complex contact center data into actionable insights for operational leaders.

This recognition places Capacity among a select group of independent businesses currently redefining market growth. While the median revenue growth for companies on this year's Inc. 5000 list sits at 130%, Capacity’s performance significantly outpaces that benchmark. As the firm prepares to attend the Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala in Dallas this October, Karandish maintains that the company is still in the early stages of its development, focusing on further refining its agentic support automation technology.
