The platform functions by pulling disparate information from established industry systems, including Salesforce, eMoney, and Addepar. By centralizing planning documents and advisor expertise into a single workspace, the company’s AI assistant, Robin, drafts proposals tailored to individual client goals and financial constraints. Advisors can refine these documents through natural language prompts, ensuring that firm-specific branding and regulatory disclosures remain intact throughout the iteration process.
Peter Dun, co-founder and CEO of Feathery, noted that firms often sacrifice consistency when attempting to scale high-touch service models. By automating the coordination between different internal groups, the tool removes the manual friction that typically slows down the onboarding and planning phases. This release expands Feathery’s existing suite of automated workflows, which already covers advisor transitions and account opening, further embedding the company’s technology into the core infrastructure of financial enterprises.
