Emily Bowler, executive director of the IBBA, stated that the platform seeks to replace uncertainty with preparation. According to the association, informed engagement with advisors is the most effective way to maximize sale proceeds and minimize post-transaction risks. The portal serves as a public-facing educational arm of the IBBA, which represents over 3,000 brokers globally and manages the Certified Business Intermediary designation.
