This funding replaces the former Prosperity Signature Award, shifting the focus toward smaller, community-led projects that address specific local needs. Applications are currently open for non-profit entities of all sizes, with the submission window closing on September 15. The foundation, which serves as the charitable arm of Michigan’s largest energy provider, reported over $17 million in total contributions across its various initiatives in 2025.
