Mission Rock Residential Takes Over Management of Seasons at Horsetooth

Mission Rock Residential has assumed management of Seasons at Horsetooth Crossing, a 208-unit garden-style apartment community in Fort Collins. This expansion strengthens the firm’s footprint in Northern Colorado, targeting a demographic of students, professionals, and families drawn to the proximity of Colorado State University and local major employers.

Constructed in 1999, the property features floor plans ranging from 700 to 1,260 square feet. The residences offer high-end amenities such as 12-foot ceilings, gas fireplaces, and private patios. Common areas include a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, and outdoor barbecue lounges. The site serves as a strategic addition to Mission Rock’s portfolio, given the area’s economic stability in sectors including healthcare, technology, and education.

Marcella Eppsteiner, Chief Experience Officer at Mission Rock, noted the community’s long-term potential within the competitive Larimer County market. The new management team plans to refine operations and implement capital improvements to enhance the resident experience. By focusing on service standards and property maintenance, the firm aims to leverage the community’s location near Horsetooth Reservoir and downtown Fort Collins to maintain high occupancy in a region defined by sustained housing demand.
