Nano-X Investors Face August 11 Deadline in Securities Class Action

Investors who acquired Nano-X Imaging securities between March 31, 2025, and April 17, 2026, have until August 11, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in a federal class action lawsuit. The litigation centers on allegations that the company misled shareholders regarding its operational efficiency and financial health.

The complaint filed against Nano-X alleges that executives provided false information concerning product demand and manufacturing capabilities. According to the suit, the company failed to disclose that its production operations were poorly aligned with market needs, leading to increased operating expenses and higher cash burn. These factors, the plaintiffs claim, made significant restructuring and impairment charges inevitable.

The market reaction followed an April 20, 2026, announcement in which Nano-X reported a $33.4 million net loss for the fourth quarter. The company attributed $17.5 million of this loss to asset impairments linked to a restructuring of its Korean manufacturing facility. Following the release, Nano-X stock dropped 24.39%, closing at $2.1550 per share. Alongside the financial results, the company confirmed that CFO Ran Daniel would depart his position on July 31, 2026.

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is currently investigating these claims and inviting affected investors to discuss their legal options. Individuals who choose not to act as lead plaintiff remain eligible to participate in any potential recovery, provided they were shareholders during the specified class period.
