The unitary thrift holding company, which operates North American Savings Bank, saw its nine-month net income climb to $28.3 million, or $3.93 per share, up from $20.7 million in the first nine months of 2025. This performance was supported by a rise in net interest income, which reached $22.5 million for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, alongside a reduction in non-interest expenses to $10.8 million.
Total assets for the institution rose to $3.2 billion as of June 30, 2026, while stockholders' equity grew to $445.6 million. The bank, which has operated since 1927, continues to maintain its portfolio of residential and commercial mortgages while managing customer deposit accounts totaling $1.83 billion. Book value per share currently stands at $62.58, with the company maintaining a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share.
