Since acquiring the company in 2020, JFLCO oversaw a period of expansion that included the integration of USA Environment and White Lake Dock & Dredge. These acquisitions allowed the firm to move into specialized sectors such as radiological remediation, sediment capping, and marine construction. ENTACT currently serves both public and private clients, maintaining a broad portfolio of complex infrastructure and environmental safety projects.
Glenn Shor, Chairman of ENTACT and Managing Partner at JFLCO, credited the growth to a focused partnership that strengthened the company’s market position. Financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and AEC Advisors acted as financial advisors for the seller, while Harris Williams represented Ridgemont in the acquisition. Legal counsel was provided by A&O Shearman and Blank Rome for the seller, with Kirkland & Ellis representing the buyer.
