YY Group Acquires 95% Stake in Singaporean Distributor

The transaction consists of S$0.9 million in cash and S$3.6 million in YY Group Class A ordinary shares, which are subject to a 12-month lock-up period. Xtreme Solutions, which reported S$6 million in revenue and S$600,000 in net profit for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, will continue operating under its current management team and brand identity.

YY Group intends to leverage its subsidiary, MediaPlus Venture Group, to introduce e-commerce capabilities, performance analytics, and digital marketing to the distributor. Beyond digital modernization, the acquisition provides a captive environment for YY Group’s YY Circle manpower services. By embedding the distributor into its broader ecosystem, the company plans to utilize its network of 500,000 members to drive cross-selling and regional expansion. CEO Mike Fu stated that the firm will continue to target established, profitable entities that offer immediate cash flow and clear opportunities for technological enhancement without disrupting core operations.
