Navid Jilow departs Belstaff after five-year technology overhaul

After a five-year tenure steering the digital evolution of heritage brand Belstaff, Director of Technology Navid Jilow has officially stepped down. His exit marks the conclusion of a significant transformation period that saw the luxury retailer overhaul its foundational systems, internal processes, and technology infrastructure.

Jilow, whose previous experience includes roles at Chanel and The White Company, announced his departure via LinkedIn on July 31. Reflecting on his time with the firm, he highlighted the creation of a resilient technology team as a primary career milestone. He noted that the success of the internal transformation was a collective effort, achieved despite the pressures of a rapidly shifting retail landscape.

While Jilow has not yet disclosed his next destination, he confirmed that his professional next chapter is scheduled to begin in September. He plans to spend the month of August away from the office to recharge before transitioning into his next role.
