The Standish remains a popular destination for A-listers; Matt Damon famously set local real estate records in 2018 when he purchased a penthouse spread there for $16.74 million, while John Krasinski and Emily Blunt previously owned a full-floor unit in the building.

He is set to star in James Gray’s crime thriller Paper Tiger, which opens the 64th New York Film Festival on September 25.
