The company’s GAAP net income reached $86 million, representing a 40% year-over-year climb, while adjusted earnings rose 24% to $93 million. Following the acquisition of Autronica, MSA Safety’s pro forma net leverage stands at approximately 1.8x. Alongside its growth initiatives, the firm maintained its commitment to shareholder returns, increasing its annual dividend for the 56th consecutive year and deploying $47 million toward buybacks and dividends during the second quarter.
