Alkami Revenue Climbs 16% as Digital Banking User Base Expands

Plano-based digital banking provider Alkami Technology reported second-quarter revenue of $129.8 million, a 15.9% increase over the previous year. The company narrowed its GAAP net loss to $8.9 million while capturing 37 new digital banking clients over the last 12 months, signaling sustained demand for modern financial infrastructure.

CEO Alex Shootman highlighted the company's momentum, noting that five new clients went live on the firm's Digital Sales and Service Platform during the quarter. This expansion reflects a broader push among banks and credit unions to modernize their digital ecosystems. Alkami ended the quarter with 23.6 million registered users, an addition of 2.7 million users compared to the prior year, while annual recurring revenue reached $511.7 million, climbing 21% year-over-year.

Financial performance surpassed internal expectations, with Adjusted EBITDA reaching $19.4 million, up from $11.9 million in the same period last year. Looking ahead, the company provided guidance for the third quarter, projecting revenue between $132.7 million and $134.2 million. For the full fiscal year, management expects revenue to settle in the range of $528 million to $531 million, supported by a robust pipeline of new business anticipated for the second half of 2026.
