The launch, hosted on the new Firmable Connect hub, marks a shift from retrofitting legacy databases toward an architecture designed specifically for AI. Unlike traditional providers that resell licensed feeds, Firmable utilizes proprietary AI to map market segments, stripping out inactive records and bot-generated accounts before they reach the user. This approach allows representatives to bypass manual list curation, enabling them to generate verified buying committees and account briefs through simple conversational prompts.
To address concerns regarding AI reliability, Firmable has implemented built-in guardrails through its CRM Push Prep feature. This tool monitors data before it is synced to platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365, requiring human confirmation to prevent duplicate records or unauthorized CRM updates. The company is currently scaling its operations across the United States and Canada, expanding from its established presence in the APAC region. Lead GTM Engineer Asher Chua is scheduled to demonstrate the new connector in a public webinar on August 12.
