Verra Mobility Secures Seven-Year Renewal with Avis Budget Group

The deal marks a continuation of a nearly two-decade relationship between the two firms. Under the redefined commercial structure, Avis Budget Group gains the flexibility to bring certain internal processes in-house, shifting the scope of services provided by Verra Mobility. Jon Keyser, president and CEO of Verra Mobility, described the renewal as a positive development that highlights the company’s specialized technology platform for complex fleet management.

Despite the strategic importance of the contract, the financial outlook for the agreement remains tempered. Verra Mobility confirmed that the revised conditions will impact the company's bottom line compared to the prior contract. Currently, the parties are working to finalize the remaining operational details of the seven-year commitment. Verra Mobility, which supports over 7.6 million vehicles globally, processed more than 350 million toll transactions and 5.6 million violations for its fleet clients during 2025.
